LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that an Ordinance entitled: ORDINANCE 2024-07 An Ordinance titled, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 188 “Land Use and Development”, Article V “Districts and Standards”, Section 188-113.7 “Mixed-Use Inclusionary District-1”, of the Code of the Township of Hillsborough, Somerset County, New Jersey. Further consideration and a public hearing will be held on June 11, 2024. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the adoption of a proposed ordinance that would make the following amendment to the existing Mixed-Use Inclusionary District-1: 1. Increase the minimum number of low- and moderate-income units from 42 to 48. 2. Add medical offices, commercial instructional activities, health club/fitness center, personal service establishments and business services as permitted principal uses. 3. Increase the maximum total number of dwelling units from 175 to 199. 4.
