NOTICE TO PRINCETON UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY Please take notice that The Trustees of Princeton University has filed an application with the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Mercer County, New Jersey, seeking the modification or release of certain restrictions on gifts to Princeton University that may have become unlawful, impracticable, impossible to achieve, or wasteful. Notice of Contract Amendment On April 29, 2024, the governing body of Princeton amended the following contracts that were awarded without publicly advertising for bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and (ii): 1. Professional services agreement with French & Parello Associates for Land Surveying Services – increased $4,850.00 for new not to exceed amount of $160,628.00. 2. Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services agreement with RnD Consulting, LLC for Information Technology Support – amended for a Shared Services Agreement with the Princeton Library with no change in cost.
