LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: In compliance with the Municipal Land Use Law of the State of New Jersey, as amended and supplemented, notice is hereby served upon you to the effect that the Applicant, SAI Middlesex Farms, LP (“Applicant”) seeks Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval for the construction of a 18,000 SF building and a 12,375 SF building addition in the front and rear yards on a property identified on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Hillsborough as Lot 34 within Block 142, otherwise known as 216 Route 206 (“Property”).
