The Properties, which altogether total approximately 4 acres, are developed with a variety of nonresidential buildings and uses and also include three single family dwelling units (lots 2, 3 and 6). Should the Borough Council designate the Properties as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment, that determination shall not authorize the municipality to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire any Property in the delineated area. Interested parties or those that may be affected by designation of the Property as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment may appear, either in person or by attorney, and present any comments, evidence or questions they may have regarding the preliminary investigation and this matter.
