PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board (the “Board”) of the Borough of Pennington, County of Mercer, New Jersey, will hold a public hearing on June 12th, 2024, via Zoom webinar (see below for access instructions), to review a preliminary investigation report for property on the south side of Brookside Avenue between North Main Street and Green Street designated as Block 205, Lots 2 (79 Green Street), 3 (20 Brookside Avenue), 4 (6 Brookside Avenue), 5 (8 and 22 Brookside Avenue) and 6 (74 North Main Street) (the “Properties”), to determine whether the Properties should be designated by the Borough of Pennington governing body as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment pursuant to the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A -5 and -6. LEGAL NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: In compliance with the Municipal Land Use Law of the State of New Jersey, as amended and supplemented, notice is hereby served upon you to the effect that the Applicant, SAI Middlesex Farms, LP (“Applicant”) seeks Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval for the construction of a 18,000 SF building and a 12,375 SF building addition in the front and rear yards on a property identified on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Hillsborough as Lot 34 within Block 142, otherwise known as 216 Route 206 (“Property”).
