HILLSBOROUGH TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Hillsborough Township Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the Hillsborough Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55-52(a) to grant an extension of a previously-approved minor subdivision application (designated as Application BA-21-20) which was approved on March 15, 2023 and memorialized in a written resolution adopted by the Zoning Board on May 3, 2023.
