THE BOROUGH OF HILLSBOROUGH LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, M&M at Camplain Road, LLC has applied for Preliminary and Final Major Site plan approval to construct a multi-family housing development consisting of 88 affordable units, including designated areas for storm water management, on land identified as Block 86, Lot 21.02 and located within the redevelopment zone district, (also known as Redevelopment Parcel B), enacted pursuant to and in furtherance of a Consent Order entered by the Superior Court ofN.J., docket #SOM-L-000900-15 on March 15, 2022. To the extent the Planning Board determines that relief from the ordinance sections set forth below are required, and are not superseded by the Township's duly adopted Redevelopment Plan, or are otherwise permitted by virtue of other provisions of the local ordinance, the applicant requests the following waiver or variance relief: 1.
