THE BOROUGH OF HILLSBOROUGH LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, M&M at Camplain Road, LLC ("Applicant") has applied for Preliminary and Final Major Site plan approval to construct a multifamily housing development consisting of88 affordable units, including designated areas for storm water management, on land identified as Block 86, Lot 21.02 and located within the Sherman Redevelopment zone ( also known as Parcel B), enacted pursuant to and in furtherance of a Consent Order entered by the Superior Court ofN.J., docket #SOM-L-000900-15 on March 15, 2022. To the extent the Planning Board determines that relief from the ordinance sections set forth below are required, and are not superseded by the Township's duly adopted Redevelopment Plan, or are otherwise permitted by virtue of other provisions of the local ordinance, the applicant requests the following waiver or variance relief: 1. Stream Corridor relief from required compensation for detention basin and outfall (§ 188- 64. D(3)(C)) (waiver); 2. Stream Corridor relief from required compensation for road crossing (§188-64.D(3)(D)) (waiver); 3. Tree removal mitigation relief from number of required replacement trees (Section 188- 164.A) (waiver); 4. No other variances or waivers are required. The Applicant also requests such variances and/or waivers as the Planning Board or its staff and professionals may determine are necessary or appropriate during their review of the application, or as may be generated by changes to the plan required or suggested by members of the Planning Board, its consultants and/or members of the Public.
